Train like the sports teams with one of the best sport training classes there is. By isolating certain muscles you'll learn to run faster, jump higher and be an all around better athlete. Don't tell everyone you're taking this class. Just let them figure it out when you're kicking their ... Plyometrics sessions are offered as a part of your fitness training program. During the evaluation you may request to focus on Plyometrics training. Your trainer will then make Plyometrics 50% of your total program in addition to fitness training. Or, you can specify Plyometrics training in the comments section of the ordering process. Please note that these are sports conditioning training sessions and will only be used after an athletic readiness evaluation.

*All programs include a free health & fitness readiness evaluation. The evaluation includes a health history questionnaire, resting heart rate and target heart rate determination, blood pressure and pulse test, body fat composition, weight assessment, and respiratory evaluation. The fitness readiness test will include kinetic chain movement assessment. This assessment will determine the level of training to be provided by your personal trainer. Your trainer will ultimately design a regimen specifically suited to fit your body and help achieve the results you desire. A dietetic analysis is strongly recommended to better help you achieve your goals.
