Lisa is a Registered Dietitian, Holistic Health Counselor (HHC) & Fitness Instructor.  Lisa has studied Nutrition extensively and received her MS in Nutrition from New York University.   She is certified as a HHC from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  From her years as a clinical dietitian working with the critically ill, to her current work with the HIV/AIDS community, Lisa has learned to combine the varying worlds of wellness by integrating traditional Western philosophies with the more modern Eastern philosophies on nutrition and well-being.   She uses each of these tools, including seasonal eating with whole foods, intuitive eating and Ayurveda when working with others to cultivate a sustainable, practical and fun way for achieving optimal health and wellness based on an individual's needs.

You must have good nutrition to enjoy a complete health & fitness regimen.  Your body must receive the right foods to get the optimal use out of your fitness program.  Try putting the wrong oil in your car or a lesser grade of gas.  It will not only run in an inefficient manner, but will eventually break down.  Our Dietitian will meet with you to design the proper nutrition for optimal function so you can get the very best out of your workouts.

Client, Dietitian and Nutritionist safety is absolutely necessary, and to the discretion of the dietitian, nutritionist or fitness manager.  All sessions are one hour in length and should have no distractions.
