| Service Description - after the certificate is redeemed, the receiver will be contacted by our customer care department to select a personal trainer from the website and best time to be contacted by the trainer. The trainer will then make contact with the receiver to set up his/her training sessions. As a courtesy the purchaser will also receive updates upon the redemption of the certificate, the beginning of sessions or the lack there of. Sessions are trained (by the receivers choice) in-home, affiliate gym or boot camp in the park if weather permits. *Client and Trainer safety is absolutely necessary, and to the discretion of the trainer or fitness manager. All sessions are one hour in length If in-home sessions are requested, there should be no distractions that will interrupt the session. |
