Fitness Training  

Our fitness trainers will take you through the necessary steps to help your body perform at its optimal level of movement.  Your nervous system, skeletal system, and muscular system must all work together.  The three systems are referred to as your "Kinetic Chain".  Training your kinetic chain is priority and all good fitness programs must include this as a natural part of your fitness training.  Our fitness staff includes graduates from physical science and sports medicine institutions and are all nationally certified.

Pilates

Your core is undoubtedly your center.  Your center is the primary key to balance, proper form in free weight movements, good posture and well-being.  Pilates is essential for core strengthening and toning.  As you've probably seen on television with celebrities, Pilates is extremely important to their image.  So why not make it important for yours.  Come and find out why it's so important and popular for your health and your basic physical stability.  We offer sessions for beginners to the advanced.  Pilates sessions are offered as a part of your fitness training program.   During the evaluation you may request to focus on pilates training.  Your trainer will then make pilates 50% of your total program in addition to fitness training.  Or, you can specify pilates training in the comments section of the ordering process.

Yoga

Uplifting is an excellent way to describe this class.  Yoga is a very good way to either start your day or end your day.  It will give you a great sense of enlightenment and is also known to help eliminate those annoying aches and pains.  Also, stretching those joints helps to make you limber. Simply put, Yoga is an excellent way to relax those tight muscles and ease that tension. Our instructors have been practicing Yoga for years and enjoy sharing the experience with you.   Yoga sessions are offered as a part of your fitness training program.   During the evaluation you may request to focus on yoga training.  Your trainer will then make yoga 50% of your total program in addition to fitness training.  Or, you can specify yoga training in the comments section of the ordering process.

Boxing

Get ready for high energy and a great time.  You'll also learn some great moves in the art of self defense.  Our instructors are masters in their art and have been training for over 10 years.  Now they're available to you bringing years of experience and a positive outlook.  This high-energy session is great for everyone.  With the knowledge and patience of our instructors all are welcome from the beginner to the advanced.   Boxing sessions are offered as a part of your fitness training program.   During the evaluation you may request to focus on boxing training.  Your trainer will then make boxing 50% of your total program in addition to fitness training.  Or, you can specify boxing training in the comments section of the ordering process.

Kid Fitness

Video games, television, fast foods and some other inactivity make our kids over weight and unhealthy.  Most often the problem lies with over indulging in all of the above.  Time limits on inactivity and healthy eating are strongly suggested.  In the mean time we are here to help.  Kid fitness is designed to give your kids the activities needed for healthy growth.  Our classes are fun and very educational.  Not only will they have a good time though our sports games but they will also learn about their bodies and the proper names of muscle groups.  We will also have a summer camp available in 2008 to help make good eating, good hygiene and regular exercise a way of life.

Cardio Dance

Enjoy learning different styles of Latin, African, Belly and Hip Hop dance in a fun and energetic environment.  Our instructors have been teaching dance classes for years and they love what they do.  During the course of the class you'll learn a series of steps and before the end, the instructor will put it all together.  You'll be dancing in no time, working up a good sweat and getting that heart rate going.  This is a great class for everyone from beginners to advanced or if you just want to have some cardio fun.   Cardio dance sessions are offered as a part of your fitness training program.   During the evaluation you may request to focus on cardio dance training.  Your trainer will then make cardio dance 50% of your total program in addition to fitness training.  Or, you can specify cardio dance training in the comments section of the ordering process.

Martial Arts

Learn this ancient art of self-defense with master trainers who have been practicing and teaching their art for over 10 years.  You'll quickly see why this class is just as much about the mental as it is to the physical.  This class will give you some examples of our slogan.  "Train your kinetic chain."  Learning new ways to move and stabilize yourself while in motion enhances your brain in more ways than one.  You will also become more confident and at ease with your surroundings knowing you can handle yourself a little bit better with each class.  Martial arts sessions are offered as a part of your fitness training program.   During the evaluation you may request to focus on martial arts training.  Your trainer will then make martial arts 50% of your total program in addition to fitness training.  Or, you can specify martial arts training in the comments section of the ordering process.

Cardio Strength

This is a cardio work out class with lightweights.  It's one of the best ways to get the best of both worlds.  It includes low impact movements with weights and slow movements.  This is a weight loss and toners dream.  What's so great about this class is that it's for everyone.  Beginners can use no weights, intermediates can use lightweights and advanced members can use slightly heavier weights.   Cardio strength sessions are offered as a part of your fitness training program.   During the evaluation you may request to focus on cardio strength training.  Your trainer will then make cardio strength 50% of your total program in addition to fitness training.  Or, you can specify cardio strength training in the comments section of the ordering process.

Plyometrics

If you've ever wanted to improve your agility, get in shape and enjoy a very vigorous workout, this is the one for you.  Train like the sports teams with one of the best sport training classes there is.  By isolating certain muscles you'll learn to run faster, jump higher and be an all around better athlete.  Don't tell everyone you're taking this class.  Just let them figure it out when you're kicking their ...    Plyometrics sessions are offered as a part of your fitness training program.   During the evaluation you may request to focus on Plyometrics training.  Your trainer will then make Plyometrics 50% of your total program in addition to fitness training.  Or, you can specify Plyometrics training in the comments section of the ordering process.  Please note that these  are sports conditioning training sessions and will only be used after an athletic readiness evaluation.

Boot Camp

Spring, summer and fall brings Natural Life Health & Fitness to a park near you.  There's nothing like working out with that early morning fresh air.   With the sun barely peeking out to greet you and the natural elements of your surroundings, you'll wonder why you hadn't done it sooner.  This is an excellent way to start your day.  We also have indoor camps that are held at our affiliate gyms and fitness studios.  You can choose between the "Military" style and the "Fitness Camp" style.  Both are 3 days a week for 6 weeks or you can choose the "Weekender" camps (Saturday & Sunday) that run 9 weeks.  Both are 18 sessions in all and include equipment and massage therapy.  Join us for this great adventure with a work out designed to suite everyone.

One way we will ensure that you get proper nutrition is a session with our Shop & Cook Chef.  You will be given a menu of healthy choices and our chef will take your order and buy the ingredients for a healthy meal.  He/She will then come to your residence and patiently show you how to prepare the desired meal.  Eat well and be pampered.  That's the way a good health & fitness program should be!
