to determine total participation in group fitness classes and boot camps (We will not send a trainer to the designated location without registrations)
to contact you if a session is cancelled, either due to lack of registration, bad weather, etc
to know your age, so we may prepare for special services if necessary
to keep track of the number of participants for each area so that we may properly staff a location or suspend registration

We will not under any circumstances (aside what's stated in our privacy policy) share your registration information with anyone. We will only use this information for the reasons stated above. We will not send you unwanted emails referencing anything other than the subject of your registration.

You can automatically register yourself as a Private Client or a Boot Camp/ Group Fitness Client by filling out and submitting this form. Only registered users are allowed into the "My Account/ Sign in" area. You can use our online nutrition tracking system, use our customer care website, view account information and take advantage of our discounted services. After submitting this form you will be contacted via email to choose a username and password after purchase verification.
