Scouting for the best deal on equipment, insurance and many other tasks will take some time and leg work. The job of our consultants is to make the experience convenient, educational and stress free. We will advise or coordinate the project so you can utilize your time for other business. All we need to know and see is the location, type, square footage and the estimated usage of your future or current health club. Location will help determine the demographics of the area and who will be your membership base. It matters if your health club is located across from another health club or studio. It will also make a difference if the club is located in an office building, hotel or a multi-family residential building. The type of health club is either residential or business. In a residential area, a health club will be busiest after 6pm and on weekends. In a business district your club will have more usage during the 6am - 8am, 12noon - 2pm and 5pm - 7pm rush hours. Weekends are usually slow. Square footage is critical when planning and designing a health club. How much room you'll have to work with, will determine the design of your club. If you have 3000 square feet in a multi-family residential building, it will differ in design compared to a club in an office building of the same square footage. The estimated usage will be determined by all of the above factors and the way you market (sell) your health club.
